Moorea Biocode Project
An ambitious project to identify all animal life on land and sea in a complete tropical ecosystem on the South Pacific island of Moorea, using traditional techniques along with cutting edge DNA-based “biocoding.”

Collection Management at the MVZ
History of the management of the vast collections of animal specimens and related data at the Museum of Vertebrate Zoology. This work is conducted today via Arctos, a multi-institution museum database, along with a rich and complex data model.
